·  Major:  B.Sc.  Electrical  本科以上学历，电气自动化相关专业

·  4~10years  working  experience  4年以上相关工作经验，

·  Manufacture  background制造背景优先，

·  Good  electric  testing  and  measurement  skills.熟悉电气测试、测量过程

·  Know  well  electric  testing  standard。  熟悉电气测试标准

·  Basic  knowledge  of  ISO9000  quality  management  system  and  SPC.  熟悉ISO9000质量管理体系和SPC(统计过程控制)。

·  Prefer  have  relate  working  experience  as  SQA,  QE.  有SQA,QE相关工作经验

·  Good  communication  skill  both  Chinese  and  English  oral  and  writing.  中英文听说写熟练，与外籍工程师沟通无障碍。

·  Personality:  smart,  active  and  self  motion.  为人聪明，有悟性，活泼，积极主动，擅长与  人沟通交流，能够独挡一面，有责任心。

Quality  inspection  and  control,  review  inspection  report  on  supplier  site  located  around  China,  even  Asia  (can  be  travel  around  China  and  Asia)  在客户生产中，对产品的质量检验、控制；填写检验报告等。（能够适应经常性的在国内以及国外等出差）

·  Communication  all  quality,  schedule  issues  with  supplier  and  customer能够很好地与客户以及供应商沟通安排处理生产过程中出现的一些列问题。

·  Review  the  technical  requirement  and  drawing  with  supplier  to  clarify  the  quality  requirements有一定的技术背景，能够看懂图纸，帮助客户解决生产中图纸出现的问题，帮助客户答疑解惑。

·  Verify  the  process  capacity  is  match  with  the  quality  requirement  and  deliver  schedule.  出货检验，核实产品是否符合质量以及送货要求。

·  Solve  quality  and  schedule  problem  at  the  supplier.  Simple  problems  independently  and  major  issues  with  Etteplan  and  customer.  在供应商处能够独立处理、解决一些在客户间出现的问题，有一定的担当。

·  Deliver  schedule  control送货流程控制

·  Follow  up  audit  after  quality  claims其它质量流程的控制审核
