1.  Develop  and  audit  potential  supplier  together  with  sourcing  engineer;
2.  Control  new  supplier  production  process  and  quality  for  the  new  parts,  help  supplier  to  manage  their  quality  system;
3.  Report  and  track  supplier  performance  such  as  quality  issue  to  lead  supplier  continuous  improvement  activities  during  mass  production;
4.  Follow  up  supplier’s  corrective  action  plans  originated  from  audits,  customer’s  returns  or  initial  samples  non  conformities;
5.  Follow  up  the  trading  vendor’s  rectification  measures;
6.  Analysis  and  investigate  parts  quality  issues,  help  supplier  to  improve  parts  quality,  meanwhile  trace  and  verify  the  supplier  quality  improvement  action  results;
7.  Training  supplier  for  the  quality  standards  and  requirements,  periodic  audit  supplier  and  monthly  supplier  evaluation;
8.  Other  works  assigned  by  supervisor.

Qualification:
1.  Bachelor  Degree  with  major  in  hydraulic  or  machinery;
2.  At  least  3  years  of  SQE  experience  in  the  mechanical  environment;
3.  ISO9001,  ISO14001,  OHSAS18001,  EHS  standards  knowledge  and  practices;
4.  Good  at  quality  tool  application,  such  as  SPC,  FMEA,  and  MSA,  etc.;
5.  Read  the  drawing;
6.  Supplier  Training  practices;
7.  Computer  skills;
8.  Good  English;
9.  Communication  Skills;
10.  Good  team  work;
11.  Presentation  skills;
12.  English  communication  ability  during  working  and  training  conditions;
13.  Some  experience  with  working  with  foreigners  is  of  advantage.
