具体要求：
·Diploma degree with business school or equivalent training;
·2-3 years purchasing experiences in a manufacturing plant; with knowledge in mechanical or E&I preferred;
· Strong communication and negotiation skills;
· Knowledge in international business and practices; Knowledge in procurement system will be a plus;
· Team work and goal oriented.
岗位职责：
·Be responsible for on-time procurement of specific category of goods, like equipment, computers, and raw materials;
·Process purchase requisitions in a manner that meets or exceeds customer requirements;
·Document all suppliers, vendors to establish department supply source file;
·Maintain SAP B1 system data Ｕpdated and accurate;
·Understand and adhere to all ISO quality system requirements for Material Management;
·Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
