1.              Bachelor  or  above  degree,  prefer  major  in  industrial/mechanical  engineering  or  HVAC;
2.              Minimum  of  8  years’  manufacturing  and  plant  operations  related  working  experience,  at  least  2  years’  management  experience  in  MNC  manufacturing  facility  as  a  leader;
3.              Good  experience  in  6  Sigma  and  LEAN  implementation  and  machining; 
4.              English  and  Mandarin  fluent,  both  in  writing  and  speaking; 
5.              Project  management  skills/experience.

1.                  Support  value  stream  operations  unit  to  define  Standard  work/time(SOE)  and  develop  SOP  for  each  process  or  station,  develop  and  optimize  process  flow/  factory  layout  and  implement,  improve  operations  efficiency/productivity  and  capacity  to  meet  company  goals  and  customer  satisfaction; 
2.                  Manage  NPD,  VAVE  and  other  cost  savings  programs  in  Taicang  plant,  define  tooling  and  equipment  specification,  manage  Capital/  Budget  assigned  for  Facility/Operations  improvement  projects  including  but  not  limited  to  equipment,  tooling,  construction,  negotiation,  purchase  and  installation.
3.                  Assist  quality  department  with  SPC  analysis,  and  day  to  day  process  behavior  measuring,  initiate  root  cause  analysis  and  improvement  actions  based  on  internal  quality  data  and  customer  complaints,  standardize  and  optimize  various  process  factors;
4.                  Assist  EHS  department  to  develop  actions  for  employee  safety,  ergonomics  assessment  and  improvements
