-Bachelor  in  Chemical  Engineering,  or  equivalent 
-Minimum  5  years  relevant  experience,  preferably  in  design  institute  or  engineering  company.
-Proficiency  in  process  simulation  software  (e.g.  Pro-II/Aspen  plus/Hysis/Chemcad),  heat  exchanger  design  software  (e.g.  HTFS  /  HTRI) 
-Familiar  with  unit  operations  in  process  plants  (e.g.  Distillation,  extraction,        evaporators)  and  sound  technical  knowledge  in  heat  and  mass  transfer.  Plant  start-up  and  commissioning  experience  will  be  an  advantage
-Fluent  in  oral  and  written  English

-Provide  technical  support  to  sales,  including  meetings,  presentations  and  technical  discussions  with  customers
-Perform  process  simulations  to  establish  plant  concept  and  design  basis  of  individual  components
-Prepare  technical  proposals,  including  process  description,  feed  and  product  specification,  equipment  configuration,  utility  requirement,  scope  of  supply  etc.
-Prepare  Process  Flow  Diagram  (PFD),  mass  balance,  line  sizing,  Piping  and  Instrumentation  Diagram  (PID)
-Design/sizing  of  process  equipment  (e.g.  column,  exchanger,  vessel,  pump)  and  preparation  of  equipment  data  sheets
-Prepare  utility,  pipe  and  instrument  lists
-Prepare  control  philosophy,  preliminary  operating  instructions
-Draft  process  guarantees  for  the  plant 
-Startup,  commissioning  and  trouble-shooting  of  plants,  data  collection,  validation
-Plant  performance  running  data  and  testing  data  analysis
