岗位职责：

Responsibilities:
1. Review the welding documents, such as weld map, WPS/PQR, WPQ, welding repair procedure, PWHT process document, etc. which submitted by the manufacturers;
2. Assist the manufacturers to prepare and qualify the WPS/PQR, and welders as per applicable standards or codes;
3. Certificates of welding engineer related are essential, such as CWI, IWE, etc;
4. Witness and record the qualification process of WPS/PQR, and welders;
5. Approve the WPS & WPQ for the manufacturers while requested;
6. Make training for the company staff about welding knowledge and inspection skills;
7. Give the supports or solutions to the inspector or manufacturer to solve the welding quality issues happened at workshop or jobsite.

职责:
1. 审查制造商提交的文件, 包括焊缝布置图, 焊接工艺/焊接工艺评定记录, 焊工评定文件等;
2. 根据适用标准的要求, 协助制造商编制和评定焊接工艺或焊工资格;
3. 必须要有焊接工程师相关认证；
4. 对焊接工艺或焊工资格的评定过程进行见证和记录;
5. 如有要求, 批准焊接工艺或签发焊工合格证明;
6. 对本公司人员进行焊接知识和检验技能的培训;
7. 为检验员或制造商在车间或现场发生的焊接问题提供支持或解决方案

职位要求：

Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering related, such as welding, NDE, etc.
2. Above 7 years work experiences in the welding fields;
3. Know well about the qualification process of WPS/PQR, WPQ, and other welding related activities;
4. Better understanding and often using AWS, ASME, ASTM, EN, as well as China national welding related standards, etc.;
5. Know well about the welding base materials, welding consumables, welding machines;
6. Be familiar with different kinds of welding method, and their applications;
7. Be familiar with the manufacturing process about the industrial products or equipment;
8. Good English communication skills are required for the daily work and training necessity;
9. Good health and be willing to travel often within China or oversea.

要求:
1. 大学及以上学历, 机械工程相关专业如焊接, 无损检测等;
2. 7年以上焊接相关的工作经验;
3. 熟悉焊接工艺, 焊工评定过程, 以及其它焊接相关的活动;
4. 熟悉并经常使用AWS, ASME, ASTM, EN,以及中国焊接相关的标准;
5. 熟悉焊接原材料, 焊接耗材和焊机性能;
6. 熟悉各种焊接方法以及它们的运用等;
7. 熟悉工业产品或设备的制造工艺;
8. 良好的英语交流能力以应对日常的检验任务和培训需要;
9. 身体健康, 并愿意经常出差, 包括国内或国外.
